I said exactly the very same thing that you at your age, I had a very beautiful hair, so strong and thick, and I was very proud of that, I thought my amerindian genes would avoid my balding spaniard genes lol...but when I turned 23 years old, I started to lossing my hair on the top of the head, and it started to get thin too...so we will see you in 5 years more; I hope you still stay with your beautiful and thick hair bro

Or we can do a trip to Turkey in the worst of the cases

Genetically 23 and me says I have a 81 percent chance of keeping my hair. Si no me quedo con el pelo, hagamos un viaje a Turquía; podríamos pasar como locales de todos modos jeje.

She recommended these products made of natural ingredients, there can be no side effects:

    1) - energizing shampoo which helps prevent the weakening of hair bulbs and the miniaturization of hair follicles
    2) - saw palmetto herbal supplement (pills to swallow), works like Finasteride (for hair loss & for prostate health)
    3) - lotion stem for massaging into skin, stimulating growth, repairing damaged hair follicles; works like Minoxidil
(the doctor said it can permanently increase hairs in treated area by 10-15%; the producer advertises even 30%)
    4) - vitalizing lotion, prevents hair loss, stimulates blood circulation, includes stem cells, blocks production of DHT

The trichologist said that these things can prevent further hair loss as well as increase the amount of hairs by 10-15%. Especially if you combine it with hair mesotherapy. For more spectacular results a transplant is needed (and this trichology clinic cooperates with a very high quality Turkish hair transplant clinic), but after a transplant you still should use these kinds of supplements and shampoos to make sure that the effects will be permanent.

Also to diagnose the causes of hair loss, she recommended to test if I have these things within the norm in my body:

    - morphology
    - iron
    - CRP
    - TSH
    - FT3
    - FT4
    - ATPO
    - ATG
    - vitamine D3
    - vitamine B12
    - zinc
    - cortisol
    - testosterone
    - DHT

The list also includes (but she did not recommend these as necessary in my case):

    - ferritin
    - OB
    - SHGB
    - swab from head skin
    - biopsy of head skin
    - elemental hair analysis

And these things are for women only (can be important for women with hair loss):

    - androstenedione
    - prolactin
    - FSH
    - LH
    - estriadol
    - progestegon

I emailed my results and the trichologist responded.

She identified too high testosterone (I have 8,62 ng/ml while the norm is 2,49 — 8,36) as the main possible cause:

    https://www.theapricity.com/forum/sh...sterone-levels

She also identified too high cortisol (stress hormone, I had too much stress apparently) as another possible cause.

I'm still waiting for DHT results but if testosterone is too high then DHT probably too (or used to be in the past).

I am very much the antithesis of bald, with my thick ass mane of curly hair, but who knows what will happen as I get older. No one in my family is really bald that I can think of, some have issues with thinning but that is about it.

The real question though is....why the fuck is this in "weather and climate"?

According to 23andme I have a 76% chance of no hair loss or thinning before 40 and an 82% chance of not having a bald spot. I haven’t noticed any thining, I still have a lot of hair (Almost 21 now). However I have a receded hairline that’s in between norwood II and III, but it has not receded further since I was 18. I’m probably in the clear for experiencing baldness and that’s just the way my mature hairline is.

A little evidence. Perhaps some day as it gets worse I’ll begin shaving it.
