There can be exceptions everywhere. Maybe he is genetically different from an average Lebanese, but by identity he can be just as Lebanese as anybody else, that doesn't mean he's not Lebanese.

Look, by identity I'm Hungarian, but genetically I'm quite different from an average Hungarian, by genetics I'm somewhere in Serbia or in Bulgaria and my father is somewhere between Bulgaria and Greece, quite Southern European. And I know that not everyone was Hungarian among my ancestors, but this is the case for almost every Hungarian which is not surprising.

-3rd match is a Russian from Germany who has East Slavic and Central Asian roots as well: Estimated relationships 3rd - 5th cousin - I contacted her daughter who manages his DNA but she stopped answering me for some reason.

-4th is Romanian/South Slavic from the USA, she has an american surname only her name could be like Serbian/Romanian or something else, I'm not sure: Estimated relationships 3rd - 5th cousin

-another Russian from Saint Petersburg: Estimated relationships 3rd - 5th cousin

-A person from Sweden who is possibly Serbian based on his surname: Estimated relationships 3rd - 5th cousin

-Another Hungarian possibly from the UK/USA because his surname is Hungarian but his name is English (Joseph-József) Estimated relationships 3rd cousin - distant cousin (it says Medium confidence)

-A surprising Greek match on the 3rd page: Estimated relationships 3rd cousin - distant cousin

-And many Jewish names possibly (I can't decide if it's German/Jewish but more like Jewish because I have no Western European ancestry) from the US, Poland, Latin-America, etc.

    And for you?

My high confidence matches are ethnic Hungarians mostly and to a lesser extent Czechs/Slovaks. I also have high confidence from Western Europe and the New world, they mostly have hungarian or west slavic surnames. Sometimes I get high confidence matches that seem to have Germanic or Anglo names but I think they have recent slavic or hungarian ancestry.

I don't pay attention to low and medium confidence matches, this is what myheritage states about them:
It is uncertain whether this DNA Match is a distant relative, or is not related to you at all. This is based on the low size and number of shared DNA segments

Alright, that's reasonable. Do you have Jewish matches as well? Myheritage gave me 1.2% Jewish, FTDNA ~2%, DNA.Land ~3%, Eurogenes Jtest gives me 6% and I have Jewish matches everywhere. Seems like it's real in my case but I'm still not sure about you.

That explains it. Most Lebanese Christians I've seen on Gedmatch seem to be Maronites.
People related to your father just havn't tested yet.
