Default People from Pomeranian voivodeship (mostly Kashubians) - rank / classify them

I do not find them to have a particularly distinct look even though local, mostly rural population of the region has certain elements in their DNA that certainly makes them such (I've even read about one genetic syndrome that is virtually only found among them). Apparently when it comes to genetics they can be roughlu modelled as 25-30% Norwegian-like (Goths?) ~ 70%-75% Belarusian-like. They speak a highly divergent dialect, or a separate language called Kashubian / Kaszubski / Kaszëbsczi jãzëk that is spoken by 108 thousands of inhabitants. There are bilingual boards with the names of localities.

Countries to rank: Ukraine, Russia, Finland, Poland, Ukraine, Moldova, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Denmark, Finland, The Netherlands, Germany. You can group together or omit some.

Overall I see Pontid, North Pontid, Norid, Alpine, Baltid and some West Baltid elements, I don't really see anything special, they look typical Polish indeed

They have a quite Slavic look, for some reason coming here I expected a bit more Germanic looks. Most of them would not look out of place at all in Belarus, Western Russia, and Northern Ukraine. Some would better fit into Lithuania.

I think they look a bit more Germanic than people from my area (Lesser Poland), at least some of them.

Some do, yes, for example - the blonde girl on the right in the second pic.

They don't look German by any stretch of imagination. Slavic element is in minority: you can find Baltid/Corded here and there, but the vast majority show none of these. Majority phenotype is Pontid/Dinaric/Alpine, same as in Balkans but in a different combination...

About 1/4 of them could pass well in my region. The rest look more or less off.
As a group, they give a foreign vibe and it would be similar in many other regions too, imo.

Yeah the difference is not spectacular if there is. But I see more light hair than in people from my region, I might be biased though.

I agree with this. Nothing really unusual for Polish people, maybe bit more light hair on average but that's it.
