I know that she "passes" as in that noone would look twice at her, but I'm talking about it from an anthropological point of view, since she doesn't appear to have any facial features common in British phenotypes.

i dont know which feature exactly your talking about- but not all Brits look equal or share the same set of features, despite that Brits are much more homogen than Centraleuropeans for example. She fits easily imo.

If your question is- does she look typical British- thats another story and i m not not the best person to answer that.

Hmm. Something about her looks Irish to me. I guess cause her features are similar to some Irish cousins of mine.
She can fit in France though, Idk about Italy

She has no problems passing in Ireland. In fact she looks quite Irish to me.
