Youre research sounds like BS considering 2/3 of Croatia is genetically identical with Bosnia and there is huge 10 IQ drop. Same for Albania and Greece. So obviously your PISA mesurments are faulty and are not genetically based like IQ is.

IQ is genetic, but modern politically correct science will not under any circumstance admit that because that would be racist.

I disagree, but PISA isn't a good measurement because it can be trained and in some countries is taken much more seriously than in other + school/student selection in some.

Btw. One expert you quote Turkheimer is a far left ideologue who was caught lying about his studies being replicated and has openly admitted that he thinks science and data shouldn't be the arbiter of weather or not we should believe in racial IQ differences.

You're forgetting Bosnia has 50% Muslims while Croatia has hardly any. Croatia is Catholic and Catholic church banned cousin marriages in the middle ages. Inbreeding negatively affects IQ. That would also explain Albania. Is it a coincidence the lowest IQ in Europe by far is in Muslim countries?

Show me which evidence strongly suggests all populations have equal predispositions to intelligence? Evidence to the contrairy is overwhelming. Twin studies, subtest heritability, admixture studies, adoption studies.....etc.
