Yea my taste in metal is more melodic except with some death and black metal, but I would like to think my tastes are more refined than most people who listen to metal. I am not a huge fan of metal as a whole especially a lot of thrash. One thing that got me into metal was the album covers. Also metal helps me release aggression and roid rage.
