I’m gonna agree with Paleo.
Although the idea and experience sounds nice, there’s no telling the side effects that’s going to cause for all of the ocean life.

We would need to learn how to be silent and how not to pollute the environment. With the lockdown came sea mammals into the inner harbours again. Dolphins and whales that normally stay well clear.

Those are pretty pictures however the reality is, organisms attach and grow quickly to all undersea structures and atm, our solutions are mainly highly toxic antifouling.
