Default Why is public Nudity considered acceptable in Europe?

Is this because it's simply part of the larger European culture? Or does it have Marxist roots? Germany was always a relatively conservative country, but even there they allow public nudity in parks. In the USA, public nudity is considered illegal and a crime. There are "nudists" colonies that are allowed to exist, but even they are considered taboo. I am shocked at how Europeans allow nudity , especially in front of young children. Young children being exposed to grown ups body parts all out in the open. The United States seems to be more modest in this regard, we value our modesty , largely due to our Puritan heritage.

You can't be more wrong. Germany is where it started with the Freikörperkultur movement, around the year 1900.
From there it rapidly expanded to France and Scandinavia.

It's only permitted in certain places which are divided from the rest of the place with signs and, sometimes, fences. Walking naked outside of those places will get you fined and arrested for violating public decency (Dutch: schennis van de eerbaarheid). As depending on the country or even the municipality within the countries, fines can be quite steep so it's not recommended. The max. punishment under Dutch law used to be 6 years but now it's 3 months imprisonment.

It never established itself in any relevant level.
It was unheard of with the exception of communist anti-christian GDR.

The only time I saw a nudist beach was at Fuerteventura, pretty disturbing seeing cucks there letting their wifes and daughters walk around naked. Thats how atheists are.

I watched a travel video about Munich, and they had naked people in a public park in the middle of the city. Letting it all hang out. No modesty whatsoever.

Yeah, that's Europe though, and they've always been a lot less hung up on nudity. Toplessness is no big thing there, and is common on public beaches. You would also find in clothing stores where women take their clothes off in the middle of the store to try on the clothes without even going to a changing room, and women taking their clothes off in public to change into and out of their bikinis. Not to mention nudity on TV and on the front pages of newspapers and in advertisements.

San Francisco experimented with legal public nudity and it just resulted in faggots openly masturbating on the streets. It might be okay in Europe where they have healthier attitudes towards nudity, but in the US it's just an invitation to commit degenerate acts.

However, public nudity and overt displays of unconventional sexuality are literally more common in Western Europe than they are in America.

Being one of those American travelogues, they fail to explain to you where exactly this was taken and this is effectively not a real public area and thus shooting images may actually be illegal under law. Had the Polizei caught this camera team, they would have been in real hot water. In fact: nude sections usually have signs there outlawing camera's.
