The answer should be obvious. People stopped transmitting chickenpox and similar diseases when they moved cattle and other domestic animals to barns.

But chickenpox is still a very common disease. I had chickenpox, all the people I know had chickenpox.

My pets sleep in the garage, the thought of eating their hair when I'm sleeping makes me vomit and of course I wouldn't shave them or something else degenerate so I can fullfil my ego.

PS: Not counting European women here

When I was a kid, I didn't really have a pillow. Our cats claimed it.

Wake up and smell the coffee.

My fav cat sleeps at my feet most nights. However, I have a secondary duvet folded at the foot of the bed I wash weekly. He knows this is his space.

If there is even a paw print elsewhere, I replace and wash.

I'd never let a dog live inside. They smell bad.
Nine out of ten concerns are completely unfounded.

My Gecko is not really cuddly, also she is nocturnal. Further i bred Phasmids and they weren’t cuddly too, i am more in love with animals which yo shouldn’t touch. But if i would have a dog, i wouldn’t sleep with him or her, it is not hygienic.
