Thats because white people are mainstream, that some say that. But actually 90% of modern culture is white or white derrived or white invented. Its just seen as commercial and ethnic culture as different, and distinct. Actually white people have alot of culture. Also the ones who say that probably do know white people have great cultures just want to be racist.
