We did have cases of blonde big beards and braids but we were inherently smarter (FOR A TIME), because remember they are whites as well... they grew smart with us over time. I suppose the OP is trying to mean european people with the term white people. Based on this, my comment.
European people can have their own "culture" as a whole, but what they all share is a civilisation. Not really a culture.
A civilisation spread from the mediterranean bassin up to the northernmost and easternmost territories in Europe.
Within this civilisation some group of people can have kept their particular language, folklore, traditions and customs, as it happens even in every geographical area, and since the foundation of the state-nations after the Westphalia Treaty.

I don't give two cents about race because I see all people as equal. That said, I'm done with the anti-White racism from proponents of cultural Marxism, whose goal is the destruction and genocide of White civilization. To say that there is White culture is to say that the sun rises in the east. It's a self evident truth that cannot be erased by all of the anti-majority Orwellian propagandists in the world.
All European countries have vibrant and vital cultures. All American states do, and the same can be said for English shires, as well as Irish counties. Any *honest* person, who's not brainwashed by current prejudices, can witness the food, music, myths, sports, etc. of each White ethnicity. All of this combines to form White culture, a great culture, and pay heed to the fact that I can tell this incontrovertible truth without denigrating any non-White cultures.

It was just ignorant at this time in compensation the Norse were collectives inherited from a tribal organization, improved with the adoption of Christianity (founded by Jews).
The Roman empire was rotten with time, mad emperors and rich merchants in an empire basically consisted of a beautiful central city surrounded by ghettos with a large army that is expensive to maintain.
It seems that the rest of the Roman Empire haunts southern Europe.
