28.7% Balkanic
7.5% Irish, Scottish, Welsh
5.6% Ashkenazi Jewish

All of them european, therefore white(I know ashkenazi are borderline). Yes, the dna test identified I am white and not black. Try splitting a diffent hair next time. Ethnicity and race are synonyms (depending on the context).
Race is biological. If it wasn't dna tests to identify race/ethnicity wouldn't be a thing and you'd have black people score 100% european on dna tests.
