She was condemned in Austria because she said Muhammad was pedophile, and the judge found it's defamatory and insulting towards Islam.

You can have a look at articles in German. And it's just one example, but which reveals well that there's a real issue concerning the notion of insult/blaspheme against a religion. Once you start criminalising such notions, it's like Pandora's box...

But the question is who do you feel close kinship to in general, that's all. Copts are Christians and yet they're not whites while Czechs are atheists and yet they're Europeans, so the question is who do you feel the closest to when it comes to general kinship to?

A combination of social views plus similar ethnic backround creates the greatest bond.

We living in a secular society, nothing like that is taking place in a deeply non secular society like Chechnya.

So the religion used to be a bastion of morality and guidance but its weak defense of dogmas made it crumble.

Ofc a woman cannot want the extreme patriarchy of that republic, but quite frankly women also dont care if the policies they advocate for such as quotas are a disadvantage for men.
You are correct with your assumptions on Protestantism in the United States.
I am Southern Baptist and I have switched around a few churches in my life and more or less they are all the same in the sense that they now have more of a non-denominational approach on the way they lead their service.
These days when I attend church it seems as if I am listening to some kind of motivational speaker.
Less emphasis on the Bible, the focus has shifted on how YOU can make YOUR life better, and how YOUR sins can go away as long as you take 5 minutes out of your day and pray.

It is sad and it almost makes sense as to why our population has such an entitled attitude toward life. You never hear pastors preaching about God coming first and the man providing for his wife and children, and the wife taking care of the children.. so forth... it is all personal teachings now and how God has created this world for each individual to pursue their dreams as long as they give thanks and pray daily. Gender roles are slowly dying out. It’s even happening in Church. I’d say Catholicism is still strict in that sense.. at least in my area. But not for Protestants by any means.

But what if most Europeans don't want to be religious like with Czechs? You gotta choose either one at the end of the day.

And the issue is very similar regarding ritual slaughters, as criticising them will be considered blasphemous.

Well, Czechs are doing just fine, no? I mean, aren't they nationalistic people and so on?

Yea I seen some evangelicals preaching, it reminds me of a wannabe entrepreneur motivational speaker using some religious terms.

One nation under god written on a dollar bill says it all.

Money is our god and churches made religion to a billion dollar business.
