Brazil has a relatively small diaspora that started to grow only recently, especially between 1980-89 with South Brazilians farmers going to Paraguay and Japanese Paulistas flying back to Japan after the collapse of the Brazilian Civil-Military dictatorship and a severe economic retraction, also between 2014-2020 with many people from Minas Gerais going to USA due to the Political Desorder followed by another strong and long economic retraction. But still when all states are considered together(half of South America), Brazil still has a very small diaspora with only 2 milion emmigrants out of a country with 212 milion people, thats smaller than many small countries of Central America, Caribean Islands and small countries of Europe in ABSOLUT NUMBERS. But despite this dwarf diaspora, we still have some famous people with Brazilian Ancestry. I invite you to post a foreigner with brazilian ancestry if you know anyone.
