As far as I am concerned white skin doesn't mean you are white race so... Those Chinese are mongoloid with white skin and Rafa Nadal is Caucasoid with olive skin pigmentation as he's from Europe. Although this one might have some little arab or jew influence according to wikipedia

In terms of pigmentation West Siberians are whiter than both.
