Read the bill in full → https://www.accc.gov.au/focus-areas/d... #OurYouTube The News Media Bargaining Code is a proposed piece of legislation currently under review by the Australian parliament, that would work effectively to abolish the level playing field of the internet within the country. Now for all of you watching that are not Australian, don’t breathe a sigh of relief, because this will still impact you. The law would mandate that registered media organizations would have key insights into how googles back end systems work, including access to users data, privileged analytics, and unfair compensation.

Wake up and smell the coffee.

Meh. Google already rigged Youtube for their shitty (((trusted sources))) last year, and destroyed it as it was (as well as banning countless pro-white channels/videos), so I'm not bothered. Anything that Google is against can't be that bad.

Just heard the video maker say this is bad because 'Australian media is conservative' lol, moron.

I am very happy the Australian govt is protecting Australian media business - better journalism for one instead of Youtube/Google rubbish.

Australian media companies have been hit hard by these 2nd rate news reporters.,
