same for me i really don't remember it's so far i'am 50 now and i have a do a lot since my .....heuuu....13 maybe,i was raised roman catholic,i still have some pictures but which saint pfff i don't remember it
indeed i left religion since a while
maybe St nicholas/nicolas because it's my first name but i am not really sure
