I had this discussion with a friend of mine who is pescatarian (vegetarian but with fish): he feels great if he eats fish and salads all day. After almost fully giving up on meat, he feels a lot better overall.
I , on the other hand, felt much better giving up on carbs and going keto - bloating went away as well.
I'd suggest you try an elimination "diet" to see if giving up on particular foods will make you feel better, which will lead to:
- you eating less because you eat what suits you better;
- your body might not like tons of animal protein and fats OR carbs and might be storing them as fat;
When I went keto I was still hungry, don't think that this makes you eat a lot less, but I felt fuller and more energized with fewer desires to munch on everything.

According to blood diet(I'm 'type A') I should eat tofu and other products made from soy. Soy is trash, humans shouldn't consume it at all. It should be eaten only if it's fermented. I eat pork and eggs regularly (not much though) which I shouldn't do according to blood diet but I do fine.
