Talking How do you like your salads?

I typically like my salads homemade with baby spinach or mixed greens, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, cashews, avocado, and sometimes also anchovies, feta, pickled vegetables, tuna, or smoked salmon slices. For the dressing, I usually just use a bit of red wine vinegar although occasionally I might try something else . I also order salads out once in a while, usually if I do I get a Greek or Caesar salad but once in a while I'll be up for a salad that's completely different .

So how do you like your salads? Or what types of salads do you like?

As fresh and as clean as possible.

Now summer time that is fine. I will just go to pick up materials from our own vegetable garden and greenhouse. We do not use chemicals (= organic farming) vs normal farmers whose product one can buy from shops. Not to talking about GMO products in USA....

Opposite wintertime I will need to buy materials from shops (like normal people). Even then I prefer tomatoes, salads etc. which are produced in Finland.

I see that you work a lot on them, in my case I do not complicate, vinegar, olive oil, albacore and some olives (I have the advantage that in my father's store there is a huge variety of olives, pickles... so I can vary very often. )

Haha I do add quite a bit to my salads, maybe I should try something simple for a change . And that's super cool, olives and pickles always make salads awesome .
