How do you like your salads?

I like mine with feta, tomatoes and avocados

Feta but full-fat. Pure joy with or without salad.

I looked into it and it can be made with cow milk as well (hence white cheese). Feta can only be produced with sheep and goat's milk to retain its PDO, so they are a little different.

I like green salads from the garden, no cheese, tuna, anchovies, mussels e.t.c. or other products that only serve to spoil the stomach for being too much mixture for a simple salad and all these products I eat them in another way not in salad. hehe

Green or garden salad:
Lettuce can be romaine or iceberg, white onion, tomato, bell pepper and dressed with salt, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and stop counting.
