Sure, there are a couple at I2a2 (I-M223) level.

Is J2-M67 common in Romania?

Most J2 in Romania is J2a. About 65% of it falls under J2a compared to 35% J2b.
Most of the J2a falls under M67 and for those tests that look deeper, that usually leads to M92.

Looks like a decent amount of Alpha (J2) has persisted. Not sure how much of it is J2b but when the reckoning draws it seems many Romanians will live.

I think that those are the Imperial Romans and their descendants who romanised the locals and the Vlachs.
E-V13 and R-L23 are probably related to various Thracians like the Getae and Dacians.
