Im mentally unwell but slightly I notice that first time when I was diagnosed with schizophrenia I didn't notice that. I notice that my state of mind is different I drift away into unrealistic paranoid thoughts and im nervous or anxious and I think alot I doubt myself and create theories why everything is how it is and which role I play I notice that imm not always like that and that my state of mind is different and that I think need to retreat into prayer to trust in the lord

No but I just noticed today is the orthodox mother of God feast and it was 2 weeks fast last time I was unwell was on orthodox Christmas and it was also fast one month

Try some calming YouTube videos for anxiety and nervousness ... I can recommend Eckhart Tolle and Sadhguru, they are not Christians but it's still nice and calming to listen to them.

Getting of internet forums and social media is the first step You should consider. Life is going by fast, chase the dream out there not here. Fun as it can be to interact with people here it's just a forum with members You will never meet IRL. Pursue an outdoor lifestyle. There is lots of beautiful nature in Austria. Staying indoors and spending time online will only worsen Your mental state.

I'm sorry to hear that, Mortimer. Have you discussed this with your doctor? Maybe your medication needs adjusted. More excercise and less social media would, no doubt, be a good thing ... for all of us.
