Those platforms earn billions out of ads and similar sources, they bill their advertisers based on the numbers of viewers they have. And viewers on those platforms are the citizens of countries across the world. Every single country should thus tax Google, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter and all the others. The 20th century concept of the territoriality of the transaction (to apply VAT, customs etc) must be re-adapted to the 21st century's digital reality.
Otherwise, States cannot resist against the Globalists. Online Sovereignty matters.

How can you tax facebook?
Taxing Google or Microsoft would likely hurt European companies as there is no competition for their products.

USA's government continues setting sanctions against people they don't like. ICC's investigators are on the black list after they started to investigate war crimes in Afghanistan.

There are several new cases. Remember, it is dangerous to publish this kind of information, because you can get a ban of travelling to USA.

This all is bound together, US control over the net using companies like Google, US bans to achieve economic advantages based on the position of dollar as a reserve currency on the global market and the restriction of the freedom of speech by the Cancel culture and it's precursors and followers. Obviously we are going to darker times, compared to the heydays of the catholic religion and Pope. True believers have found New Satan, China, and they are now collecting people to the Final Battle against her and her Evil Axel .
