This stat is from the U.S. Hispanics as a racial group only exist as a concept in the U.S, East Asian communities in Europe are smaller than in North America and African American relationships ain't comparable to African immigrant groups like Nigerians, Ghanaians or other West Africans residing in Europe as Africans are way less likely to marry out. Good observation, but you forget the lower class white women and the unattractive ones.

In interracial Brazil it is not common (SSA), but many people have some admixture and would have it indirectly.

The difference between America and Europe is that Europeans calculate race-mixing based on nationality, Americans calculate it based on race. While there's usually a category for naturalised non-white citizens in Europe, white EU residents that mate with British person would be considered interracial. So the actual amount of race mixing is probably way lower than what the numbers say.

My point exactly. Interracial relationships in Europe are still not that common. Only in major cities accross Western Europe are these couples slightly visible. The Black population in the UK accounts for 3.5% maybe 4 max according to recent stats, meaning that 1.75% are males and the vast majority choose to date within their ethnicity/race. Furthermore according to recent studies on mixed race people and relationships in the UK, most Black male and White female offsprings will choose to date white people over black further diluting the black/African gene pool which will inturn every generation will whiten themselves like what happened to this family.
