Also I agree more likely for women to commit sexual harassment type stuff than rape in terms of sexual intercourse.
There has been cases of woman commiting sexual abuse on minors so its not as if some females are beyond this just because of their gender. Again much smaller ratio than compared to males.
I recall a few years ago a attractive looking woman was charged for randomly feeling up a teenage school girl at a train station , the incident was caught on camera and also confirmed by the girl.
I voted yes but I think its more because of the capacity for sexual harassment , which although probably rare in general can still happen.

Harrasment is another matter. Most of women (guilty for that) are older age women (>35/40 years old, single and mostly drunked). Again amount of those is veryyyyyyyyyyyy tiny vs men.

Obviously, yes. Rape is not just penetration... Rape from women is more subtle, usually with children or adolescents and even babies. The question is that there is not much research just focusing on women.
