And no Morocco isn't liberal, only the west coast of Morocco is 'liberal' in the sense that the culture there is much more open and less conservative. However the majority of inland Morocco is conservative in the western sense, alcohol drinking only happens in disguise.

Morocco safer than Turkey?? Well taking in consideration that most of the crimes committed by immigrants are committed by moroccans...then yes, Morocco is safer...because Morocco is exporting all their criminals and terrorist all over the world.
