There used to be such kingdom as Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth which was established in Lublin in 1569 thanks to Union of Lublin. Throughout the years there were some coflicts between main nations Poles, Ruthenians sooner Ukrainians and Lithuanians. In the last decade though relations between countries(at least at political level) were warming up again.
In 2016 there were opened the headquaters of Lithuanian–Polish–Ukrainian Brigade which basically is a military brigade of 4500 soldiers from these 3 countries.
Lublin triangle is another way to tight the relations also on other fields than just military one between Lithuania, Ukraine and Poland. The relevant joint declaration was adopted by the ministers on 28 July 2020 in Lublin, Poland. Lublin was chosen as the location as an intentional allusion Union of Lublin that created the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth. Lublin was chosen for place of this sham which I find kind of nice just because the city is more popular
Do you think it has any potential and has any crucial meaning?
Of course not, it just exists so politicians may pretend they do something to care for safety and economical stability
