For those games and 1080p you really don't need more than 6Gb VRAM so just go with whichever has the highest clock speed but to be honest I still wouldn't buy now or at least get something really cheap so you can upgrade later

I guess MSI GeForce RTX 2060 Super 8GB Ventus or Gaming X are out of your budget but they certainly are VFM cards, tested in Geekbench to be noticeably better than 5700 XT and run Doom Eternal smoothly at 200+ fps/1080p (ultra nightmare/max graphic settings).
