Should I shave/pluck my unibrow?

Yes I would shave it, just that little bit of hair at the connection.

But that's all, I wouldn't recommend cleaning them up beyond that, you have good, full eyebrows.

It's a borderline unibrow but I think there's no need to shave it, but of course it's your decision. I have a friend who has unibrow as well and he shaved it off.

Btw he has part Slovak ancestry as well, just an interesting fact (seriously).

You can use a grooming trimmer if you wish to get rid of the hair between the eyebrows. I trim mine as well, since they get quite hairy, but yours are fine. It's up to you.
