Default Did breeding with Neanderthals and other non-Homo Sapiens alter us negatively?

Do you think that a lot of the developmental and other issues such as autoimmune disorders might have been caused from mixing with non-Homo sapiens? I think it's very likely although I feel a lot of it is environmental.
Those who want to live, let them fight, and those who do not want to fight in this world of eternal struggle do not deserve to live.

Even if this were hard--that is how it is ! Assuredly, however, by far the harder fate is that which strikes the man who thinks he can overcome Nature, but in the last analysis only mocks her. Distress, misfortune, and diseases are her answer.

How does that work scientifically and mathematically ? So If I'm 1.5 to 2.1 percent SSA that would make me susceptible to Sickle Cell Amenia ? I'm not a geneticist but mathematically it would seem that neanderthal DNA is not at a high enough percentage to have such significant impacts on your health etc...

White people can have Sickle Cell Anemia although rare its not unheard of. I am speaking more about their initial mating events that could have altered our human DNA negatively not specifically non-homo sapiens DNA just being present.
