I am definetly gonna wait a bit, to see how people react and till we find out more about it, but I will not do it now, I just dont trust it for the moment, and since COVID isnt really that Severe, I dont have the urgency to do it this instant, if it was something like the black plague, I would most likely do it as soon as I could.

I think I already had it, not 100% sure. I had a respiratory bug back when all this started, it was kinda severe but very short lived, like 3-4 days.

I had a horrible cold around January, it was super annoying and it wasnt like the common cold, only thing was that I didnt have respiratory issues, I sometimes wonder if maybe it was that as well and I was just asymptomatic to some symptoms of the illness, but I think it was most likely some kind of infection, since I had super irritated, itchy eyes and an abundance of mucus with an average cough, I was also very fatigued. I still could go to school and I was fine but it was a pain in the ass fr. I think Covid should be taken seriously, but its not that severe, unless you have a pre existent condition or are of an advance age, u should be fine with the right treatment, rest and measures.

No, since I’m not at particular risk I am gonna wait.

However I encourage my elderly mom or my aunt (who has a respiratory condition) to get vaccinated. I’d rather them to take a chance with the new vaccine than going through Covid which I’m sure that at least my aunt won’t likely survive.

My husband and me went through something similar. At the very beginning of this situation -2 days before the virus had officially arrived in my country- my husband played football and shared a BBQ (and even a water bottle) with a guy who a few days later found out he had just traveled in the same plane than the 2 first infected people in Uruguay. They all came from North Italy.

5 days after this encounter my husband developed a fever and stomach issues, and a couple days later I developed a cough that lasted a lot. Neither of us had respiratory issues. This happened so early that the government didn’t have protocols yet on what to do. Fortunately we were informed and decided to quarantine ourselves for 15 days. Up to this day we wonder if we got it.
