Breast size doesn't affect how much milk a woman produces. The size of her breasts mostly depends on how much fatty tissue they contain. But fatty tissue doesn’t have anything to do with how a woman's breast make milk.

To make and store breastmilk she needs glandular tissue. This is laid down while she is pregnant. The vast majority of women have enough glandular tissue to breastfeed their babies.

I think it's a cyclical style thing that goes in and out of style. Sometimes, Europeans have preferred pears, sometimes apples. Sometimes, they seemed to prefer women who were rather robust, and other times thin. it doesn't matter as long as they're healthy. Personally, just as purely aesthetic non-sexual sense, my personal preference is to have balance and symmetry to exaggerated parts.
