Whether they are mutts or not is open to conjecture. Every ethnicity can be called mutts by that rationale. It doesn't change the fact that you aren't English genius. I'm not even really sure of your full ancestry but it is mixed and you aren't of one ethnicity.

If they are then all ethnicities are mutts. They are no more mutts than French, Germans or other Europeans and they just cluster in Northwestern Europe. They also cluster with their neighbours so how are they mutts? As I've said already if they are mutts then where does that leave other European ethnicities?
