In countries were Pure Europeans are minorities do they tend to form part of the nation's elite?

Well yes, their fees do vary a lot and there are some that offer scholarships. So in fact, going to a private school makes someone neither necessarily intellectual nor rich.

I agree with some of those observations, only that far from looking athletic, many upper-class types look skinny and even at times incel. Also, many if not most wealthy Latin Americans don't really look fully White.

1- Do you think its a UK thing? Most of the elite white kids I met on the USA fit the preppy/frat guy description. They were all highly athletic too.In fact, that's what distinguished them from other minorities. The others were smart but this kids were extremely well rounded.
2-People with high European admixture fit this description. Maybe, you are following the one percent rule. Also it might be since you grew up in the UK you have a very clear distinction between whites and people with high european admixutre.

(1) Rugby playing types among the upper classes tend to be very muscly, but other ones not so much. For that matter, nor do most White/quasi-White Latin Americans look that muscly either.

(2) I agree the upper classes of Latin America are more European-admixed than the average for their respective countries, but that isn't the same thing as looking fully White. In fact, depending on the country in question, I'd say that anything from 50-75% of rich Latin Americans (outside the Argentina-Uruguay-Southern Brazil axis) still look mixed-race (plus there are indeed the occasional Blacks or Amerindians).

Uruguay is by far the whitest country in Latin America (even Argentina has many Mestizos) and is probably also whiter per capita than the US.

You're stuck with looks as opposed to admixture. My point is that the people with the highest European admixture tend to be part of the elite of the nation. The reason behind this is because the most talented ameridians,mestizos and blacks tend to marry Europeans or people with high European admixture. Therefore, they form their own small ethnic and cultural group in the nation. I'm not saying all of them are fully white rather than they have high European admixture. You mainly see this phenomenon in countries where Europeans are minorities.

I don't think this necessarily happen in countries like the USA since its much more segregationist and there are much purer Europeans, therefore, you will have a "Black Elite." Where successful blacks marry other blacks. Also isn't the UK majority white? Hence it isn't applicable for the example.

Si ya veo. Creo que la mayoria en el este son de clase media no? Seria las provicias de Jujuy, Salta, Chaco..etc. Yo creo que tiene que ver con la education publica. Le pregunte a unos Argentinos y me dijeron que la tenia una educaion publica gratis. Lo que ocurren en paises donde lo publico y privado esta mas pronunciado entonces muchos de los descendientes Europeos terminana llendo a escuelas privadas y existen divisiones mas marcadas.

If you are talking about Latin America there are plenty of mestizo, mixed, blacks that are excellent futbol players....and they often might form the majority. There is usually about 90-100 Domincan baseball players in the USA (MLB) and they are pretty much all mulatto or black, Venezuela used to send a good amount to MLB and most are mixed, like wise with Mexicans (that is a guess though).

As it relates to the political elite and business elite certainly European, they created those countries.
