One of the essential pillars of Fascism is the maintenance of traditional gender-norms. Traditional gender roles support the interests of the State which is considered the highest good in Fascism. Homosexuality defies gender norms particularly in regards to reproduction. Obviously not everyone is meant to reproduce and homosexuality is just a natural form of birth-control, but Fascism would have everyone reproduce in a traditional setup in order to create more good little Fascists to kill undesirable elements and sacrifice their lives for the State. That said, there were many homosexuals in the ranks in the early days of Nazism (e.g. Ernst Roehm), but most of them were purged in the Night-of-the-Long-Knives.
