I do indeed dress like a slob. That hasn't always been the case (life troubles), but though I used to take better care of myself, I've never given a hoot about fashion. I can't think of many things more ephemeral and meaningless, so why am I going to waste much time on it?

I realize this. US is more casual than Europe, but then you see the Eurotrash dressing in track suits and tennis shoes, so there's that.
