I think that Mel Lisboa is a bit lighter than average white brazilian. Still a wog but is very light skinned and with fair eyes. But not sure. Probably almost portuguese.

She is not wog, but very intermediate, and pretty close to the average white Brazilian in terms of pigmentation, not much lighter than the average.

Se alguém não está bronzeado (ou mais bem seria 'torrado' a palavra?), está branco e tem cabelo castanho claro, então isso já o suficiente para ser mais branco que a média, na minha opinião.

Eu concordo em 100% com você, mas pegando regionalismos como exemplo, em São Paulo uma pessoa com cabelo castanho claro e não bronzeada (como meu pai e minha irmã) são vistos como normais. Já minha esposa (Pele tipo I, olhos verdes e loira escura) já é vista mais como "gringa" mesmo. Acredito que vai variando de acordo com o lugar.
