Third world countries being patriotic is a cope for their shithole state in which they themselves have located themselves in? And, if they truly are "patriotic", why are they even leaving their own countries?

Stop watching TV. Moroccans who leave their country don't even represent 0.1% of the moroccan population. You're mistaken moroccans for syrian or afghan migrants

They asked moroccans living in Morocco. Also even if what you said was true there are many other diasporas around the world why aren't they as much patriotic as moroccans ?
