Romanians are just partially Slavic, they don't consider themself Slavic neither is their language.
Croats are Slavic, but they have also Balkan input.
And Albos are just barbars from Balkans with almost absent Slavic admixture.

I wouldn't call between 20-30% early Slavic admixture which is average for Albanians almost absent. It is comparable to mongoloid admixture among most Finno-Ugrics in Russia.

I'm not sure. I know Albanians aren't Slavic. They actually despise slavs. Same with Lithuanians or any of the Baltic states. They are largely homogeneous with very little Slavic ancestry.
