Romanians are just partially Slavic, they don't consider themself Slavic neither is their language.
Croats are Slavic, but they have also Balkan input.
And Albos are just barbars from Balkans with almost absent Slavic admixture.

Truth is that Romanians, Serbs are partially Slavs 40%~

Bosniaks are extremely mixed and vary from 20% - 80%

Croatians, Slovenians are 80% Slavs

Albanians in the best case 20% Slavs just like northern Greeks.

Depending on region we vary from Bulgarian-level to Serb-level, some Moldavian people push it to Croat territory.

RO have partial Slavic admixture, but the majority are Dacian and other Romanized ancient tribes as it is attested by their language (which also have huge Slavic/Bulgarian influence).
