    I feel more confidence about for future of the Scottish Parliament to adapt and show decent foresight, than the slow old way Westminster is run.

    this is exactly the problem these separatist bastards won't address
    if they think the UK (or spain in the case of the catalan separatists) is divisible.....then they have to accept that their own regions are also divisible

    the "tarbania" movement in catalonia is about an area that centres on Barcelona and extends down to Tarragona (the most populated area in catalonia) that is predominantly unionist, and therefore they want separation from Catalonia, not Spain _

    We have a whole different law system to England that goes back before the United Kingdom. It has continued on since Celtic times(with many changes on the way) set to one of the worlds oldest border lines.

    Fair to say many others cannot claim this.

    What Shetland might want is a Faroe Isles to Denmark status. Fair enough. That and bit of recognition other than silly wee games.
