Only if you include Iranian as Central Asian. Without Iranian (South-Central Asian) admixture they are more like 15-35% Central Asian.

This is correct. The upper classes of Turks and princely people, marrying Chinese princesses and even sometimes going as far as entering under Buddhist influence, must have been genetically more East Asian, but the random Turks were not that much. Not really the same. Greeks are mostly E ydna, while Armenians are R1b and Georgians G. Those are minority among Turks. Turks have some Q, N, C and eastern types of R1a which those folks lack.
