Are Turks Greeks or Arabs?

I see a lots of Turks saying that they're Islamized Greeks, which doesn't make sense to me because all Turks look like Arabs to me.

They are a mix of native anatolians and turkic people from central asia, possibly with some additional persian admixture. They certainly are closer to Arabs than to Greeks, for obvious reasons, but they are not Arabs

Central Asian Turkic only makes up 14% of their DNA. Greeks had colonies in Anatolia (Ionia, which was allied with the Persians, gave its name to the demonym for Greeks in eastern languages Yunani, Yonaka, etc.), so wouldn't it stand to reason that they're mixed with Greeks ?

Only if we talk about a very, very limited part of those who live in coastal areas of western Turkey and theyre native there. Hardly a 5% of the countrys population

Turks and Turkmens look indistinguishable.

They're neither. But overall closer to Greeks than Arabs.

They are a mix of Anatolians,Greeks, Arabs, Armenians and Romans mostly. Turks only have about 5-10% actual Turkic in their admixture and the same in terms of Turkic haplogroups.
