Those were even more numerous than Vlachs.
Christian historiography absolutely ignores Ottomans as Romans (on purpose of course) and identify them as Mongoloid Turanic Horde.
Romans today are predominantly muslims and they are Turks, Albanians, Bosniaks while Orthodox part are Greeks, Romanians, Serbs, Bulgarians and Southern Italians.

If we spoke face to face, I'd get most of what she said, but the way she says some words and constructs phrases can make it hard to keep up with her.
I'd say in terms of vocabulary, my great-grandma from Suceava used more regionalisms and "archaisms" than this lady uses Serb words.
What this lady speaks is clearly a dialect while my g-grandma's speech would be called a semi-dialect, just harder to understand due to different words.
