I learned that his mother is Balkan Turk from Macedonia. And his grandmother(father side) is from Belarus. So he is quarter Russian and other part is Turk. He looks very cro magnon influenced to me.

There is Turkish speaking community in Macedonia with Albanians and Torbesh(Macedonian muslim) people. Before 19th and 20th century they were much more populous. They migrated to Turkey in large numbers. All of them would identify as Turks in Turkey. They can be Balkan genetically.
By the way my grandmother was Torbesh. But she was identifying as Turk.

Balkan Turks =/= Balkan Muslims.

Balkan Turks carry additional Turkic admixture as well as Balkan admixture. But yes, the predominant profile is Balkan, if that's what you referred.

They have Balkan genetics indeed. But they have usually Balkan and Mediterrenean types. Nordids and Baltids can be found but not common. This person looks more nordic than balkan average.

Bulgarian Turks don't identify with Albanians or Bosnians, pretty much like Anatolian Turks not identifying with Arabs I guess.
