Echeverri is a very basque surname.
Arias sounds of colonial stock though.
Arias surname is originally from Asturias but it's says that it was very common among sephardic jewish people too.
In Iberia "jewish surnames" doesn't / didn't exist, of course. It's just only that the jews have taken some specific surnames.
My first girlfriend's surname was Arias indeed.

Not like French Basque (who are the real Basques, genetically speaking) in any case, she looks too much like a South Amerindian with features more European-like, but still retaining some Native American features.
Unless you consider the Basques as people who look like some sort of mestizo ...
