I feel I am almost too old for it, it should be for naive 20 somethings who don't know what they are doing. I hope they don't work me too hard. Luckily the shifts aren't very long. I miss doing the cow at Chick Fil A. They shut it down because of the "pandemic".

A true king ought to feel at home with his subjects. Ought to learn the jive off em.

I don't disagree with Joseph at all.

You are making the assumption that the person in question is an actual artist. There are far more people who think they are producing art than those who actually are producing art. It is a variation of the "They all laughed at Einstein and Edison" argument. People who take being laughed at as a good sign that they are correct. Truth is one is more likely to be laughed at if they are just another crackpot than if they have discovered something that eventually turns out to be important.

You always say this about me over and over. I am well aware of my limitations and that isn't the point. You bring this up because of lack of mainstream success , when you can easily judge art that is mainstream and successful is not necessarily the best nor worthy of such praise.

Nothing original about Bon Jovi and they made it. Sometimes it's luck.

Anyone who is 'too proud' to work at certain jobs, but chooses to collect government handouts instead is morally off course when it comes to humility.

Whether or not your 'Art' is secretly really good but just unappreciated still means you are not going to provide for yourself with your art.

You never took the initiative for a 'plan B' to hold you over until your art could support you. That is something you tend to forget about these artists discovered late in their lives actually did.

Your father's time as your main source of support is finite. Your excuses aren't going to cover you after it ends.

Meanwhile there are people losing their jobs due to covid and struggling to make ends meet. 😔

RB always says 'he can do better' but he never actually does. Finally getting on food stamps but still refusing to lower himself to do certain jobs is not my idea of bettering oneself.
