The terror of nuclear weapons achieved many ends. Trillions of taxpayer funds diverted in 10 'nuclear weapons' nations, straight into pockets of arms profiteers and their political friends. Stoking 'strategy of tension' fright of foreign 'enemies' who can supposedly kill your entire society and the whole world, and this was before 'climate change'.

Now the opposite is happening. Arms control treaties are all ripped up and there's a new nuclear arms race, with China in the lead this time according to all public knowledge.

China illegally tested a nuke and violated the Non-Proliferation Treaty.



Even Russia now realises propping up China with communist agendas and arms was a huge mistake.



There's a reason the US has been trying to rope China into a trilateral agreement, and goes on social media to shame China for not doing so. It's not really a big deal at the moment since China only has 300-700 weapons, but there is no agreement in place to prevent them from making thousands more.
