Liburnians are most interesting from "Illyrian" group. They were skilled seafearers and pirates, advanced ship builders.
Significantly more developed than Delmatae for example. And it isn't clear what were they exactly. Some claimed they belonged rather to Venetic or Italic group.

We don't really know how similar or different various tribes under Illyrian umbrella were.

That's complete nonsense, dude. Khwarezmians were Iranic. Please stop claiming everything as Turkic. This is the first time I've heard them being called Turks. What's next, Sogdians were a Turkic dynasty?
