Wadaad do you think you believe in Islam just because you are born into it or it is your tradition. Why do you think it is the true religion? Did you ever studied Christianity? I don't care about your arbitrary criterias and for you information al andalus has more to do with iberians than any maghrebis. Berbers and arabs were demographically insignificant in Al andalus even under the almohads and almoravids.

Wrong. Al Andalus was like Syria or Lebanon with Arab and Arabized ppl and Berbers. Reconquista did a population replacement. This will happen to UAE and the Arab Gulf within our lifetime as they are already a minority in their own lands.

Al Andalus was a middle eastern society with a subjugated Iberian minority.

Post 1492 Spain was a European society with a subjugated MENA minority. Population replacement.

Also names are important. Don't be OWD and repeat butchering names like Almoravid. Not our fault they can't pronounce it properly it's Al-Muraabbitun
